Due to our community’s overwhelming support and our limited space to work in, we are no longer accepting all textiles in all conditions unless there is a specific community need or we can easily facilitate redistribution. In those cases, we will put out a call via social media, as well as maintain a list of what we are accepting at any given time, and we know our community will step up to help – you always do!
As a fledgling nonprofit, we are working to determine the most efficient use of our resources, and the best ways to assist our community in keeping its textiles out of landfills. In the meantime, we want to be a clearinghouse of information for you on where you can recycle textiles of all types. If you have textiles to donate, please consider the following partners. Keep in mind that many have stringent guidelines on what they will accept and when. Please visit their websites for more information before taking your items to them.
